Book with any of our RMT’s to get coverage under massage benefits. Or add Acupuncture to a service to get it covered that way.

Check if you can use your health spending account too! We do not direct bill currently.

You will continue to notice results in the following days after your session and your lifestyle will determine how long they last.

After your treatment, we will talk about what you can do to make sure your results last as long as possible.

We recommend 4-6 weeks but every body is different.

Depending on your lifestyle and how your body is doing when you come in, you may have to come sooner to get your systems working optimally.

Some of our clients like to come a few days before vacation or an event, some clients come every 2 weeks.

We recommend not eating a large meal within two hours of your treatment and make sure you drink lots of water before and after!

Our treatments are not currently for pregnant women but it is something we may offer in the future.
